GTR AUTO LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms when such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
